Intention of the day: I accept
This is a very calming, gentle day one for everyone new and experienced to yoga to take a pause in your day, do some gentle yoga moves and just breathe. For any level of physical ability. Yoga is about accepting where you are and where you body is at today. Yes you can. You can be kind to yourself, focus on your breathing, stretch your tired muscles and find serentity as you go through the poses at your own pace and ability. You got this 🙂
