Yoga Camp Day 5: I am Alive

Finish the sentence I am alive with….positivity, strength, determination…

Join us on day 5 yoga journey with great shoulder and breathing poses. Today Adriene gently moves you through the routine with a mindful awareness of your breath. If your not feeling it today, trust me this one is a great one to just remind you to settle and be present for yourself (not strenuous).

Tips:

There are some poses where you will be on your knees, you can always fold your mat r grab a cushion to protect your knees.

You will get to learn a new yoga breathing technique, back of your throat breathing

Also to work on your spine trace your fingers tips with your eyes for a good spine and neck stretch as your breathe.
