Personally I had a rough emotional day at the hospital, many feelings crept up, dealt with crappy people and some very nice helpful ones, so I guess (with a nap) it balanced out.
Today’s practise is only 15 mins long and just stretches for your body. I think it would be great any time of the day. I may do it again before bed, as it is short and restful.
